2008-05-27: Four 4(!) open PhD Fellowship Positions

The Department of Informatics at the University of Bergen, Norway, offers four new PhD Fellowship Position -- the application deadline is very soon: June 10th! See www.ii.UiB.no/vis

There is no predefined sub-focus (within informatics) specified, so we welcome applications which address any of the six research areas of the institute, including, of course, *visualization*.

The main points are:

   -- four PhD fellowship positions offered!
   -- Dep. of Informatics, Univ. of Bergen
   -- application deadline: June 10th, 2008
   -- to do research in computer science with
      a focus on any of the six research topics
      of www.ii.UiB.no, including *visualization*
   -- four years employment of which the time
      equivalent of three years should be used
      for the PhD project; the remaining 25% are
      other duties, most importantly teaching
