Weimao Ke has an undergraduate degree in engineering from ECUST in Shanghai China. After working in the industry for a few years, he changed to the Indiana University to pursue a Masters degree in Information Science. In August 2007, he transferred to the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and at the School of Information and Library Science he continues his doctoral study.
