Upcoming deadlines
Abstract: Oct 2, 2020 (compulsory)
Paper submission: Oct 9, 2020

ACM IUI 2021
ACM IUI 2021 is the 26th annual premier international forum for reporting outstanding research and development on intelligent user interfaces.

ACM IUI is where the Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) communities meet, with contributions from related fields such as psychology, behavioral science, cognitive science, computer graphics, design, the arts, and more. Our focus is on improving the interaction between humans and digital technology, by leveraging both HCI approaches and state-of-the art AI techniques from machine learning, natural language processing, data mining, knowledge representation and reasoning.

Why you should submit to ACM IUI

While other conferences focus on either the AI or HCI side of this research, we address the complex interaction between the two. We strongly encourage submissions that simultaneously discuss research from both HCI and AI. We also welcome works that focus more on one side or the other, but still highlight the connections between the two. We value papers that contribute methodology or theory for the evaluation of intelligent user interfaces. We do not require evaluations with users, but we do expect papers to include an appropriate evaluation for their stated contributions.

ACM IUI welcomes contribution from all relevant arenas—academia, industry,
government, and non-profit organizations—and gives its participants the opportunity to
present and see cutting-edge IUI work in a focused and interactive setting. The conference is large enough to be diverse and lively, but small enough to allow for extensive interaction among attendees and easy attendance to the events that the conference offers, ranging from oral paper presentations, poster sessions, workshops, panels and a doctoral consortium for graduate students.

COVID-19 statement

We are monitoring the situation regarding the global pandemic and associated travel restrictions. If needed, we will offer a virtual presentation option if the conference cannot take place due to the global pandemic, or if registered authors from specific parts of the world cannot attend the conference.

Papers
We accept two forms of contributions: full and short papers. They should both make novel contributions to IUI, however full papers should make more substantial and significant contributions, while short papers can contain more focused contributions.

Accepted papers will appear in the ACM Digital Library and citation indices. A selected set of accepted top quality full papers will be invited to submit their extended versions for publication in an ACM Transactions on Interactive Intelligent Systems (TiiS, http://tiis.acm.org) special issue titled "Highlights of IUI 2021".

Topics

== Workshop Topic and Description ==

In recent years, retrieval techniques operating on text or semantic
annotations, have become the industry standard for retrieval from large
data collections, such as documents, images, videos, music, medical data.
This approach works well with sufficient high-quality meta-data or tagging.
However, with the explosive growth of big data collections, it has become
apparent that tagging new data quickly and efficiently is not always
possible. Secondly, even if instantaneous high-quality data tagging were
possible, there would still be many instances, where search by keyword
query is problematic. For example, in the case of image retrieval it might
be easier for a user to define their query if they are looking for an image
of a cat, but how would they specify that the cat should be of a particular
shade of ginger with sad looking eyes? A solution to these problems is
active engagement of the user in the information retrieval loop, thus
enabling the user to not only explore a given dataset more easily but also
gradually direct their search to a more specific area of the search space.

The aim of this workshop is to explore new methods and interface/system
design for interactive data analytics and management in various domains,
including specialised text collections (e.g. legal, medical, scientific),
multimedia, and bioinformatics, as well as for various tasks, such as
semantic information retrieval, conceptual organization and clustering of
data collections for sense-making, semantic expert profiling, and
document/multimedia recommender systems. The primary audience of the
workshop is researchers and practitioners in the area of interactive and
personalized system design as well as interactive machine learning both
from academia and industry. IUI, with its focus on the intersection of HCI
Call for Posters and Demos: ACM IUI 2019
to be held in
Los Angeles, CA, USA, March 17-20, 2019
http://iui.acm.org/2019/
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
ACM IUI 2019 is the 24th annual meeting of the intelligent interfaces community and serves as a premier international forum for reporting outstanding research and development on intelligent user interfaces. In 2019, IUI will be held in the Marriott Marina Del Rey in Los Angeles, CA from March 17th - 20th.
ACM IUI is where the Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) community meets the Artificial Intelligence (AI) community, also accepting contributions from related fields such as psychology, behavioral science, cognitive science, computer graphics, design or the arts. This year we especially encourage submissions on explainable intelligent user interfaces for IUI 2019.

** Why you should submit to ACM IUI **
At ACM IUI, we focus on the interaction between machine intelligence and human intelligence. While other conferences focus on one side or the other, we address the complex interaction between the two. We welcome research that explores how to make the interaction between computers and people smarter, which may leverage solutions from data mining, knowledge representation, novel interaction paradigms, and emerging technologies. We strongly encourage submissions that discuss research from both HCI and AI simultaneously, but also welcome works that focus more on one side or the other.
The conference brings together people from academia, industry and non-profit organizations and gives its participants the opportunity to present and see cutting-edge IUI work in a focused and interactive setting. It is large enough to be diverse and lively, but small enough to allow for extensive interaction among attendees and easy attendance to the events that the conference offers, ranging from oral paper presentations, poster sessions, workshops, panels and doctoral consortium for graduate students.

IUI topics of interest include, but are not limited to:
- Affective and aesthetic interfaces
- Big Data and analytics
- Collaborative interfaces
- Education and learning-related technologies
- Evaluations of intelligent user interfaces
- Explainable intelligent user interfaces.
- Health and intelligent health technologies
- Information retrieval and search
- Intelligent assistants for complex tasks
- Intelligent wearable and mobile interfaces
- Intelligent ubiquitous user interfaces
- Intelligent visualization tools
- Interactive machine learning
- Knowledge-based approaches to user interface design and generation
- Modeling and prediction of user behavior
- Multi-modal interfaces (speech, gestures, eye gaze, face, physiological information etc.)
- Natural language and speech processing
- Persuasive and assistive technologies in IUI
- Planning and plan recognition for IUI
- Proactive and agent-based user interaction
- Recommender systems
- Smart environments and tangible computing
- Social media analysis
- User Modelling for Intelligent Interfaces
- User-Adaptive interaction and personalization

** Dates **
Submission Due: Dec 21st, 2018
Notification to Authors: Jan 14th, 2019
Camera Ready Due: Jan 21st, 2019

** Submission - Poster and Demo **
Demos
The demonstrations track complements the overall program of the conference. Demonstrations show implementations of novel, interesting, and important intelligent user interface concepts or systems. We invite submissions relevant to intelligent user interfaces and which address, but are not limited to, the topics of the conference. All submissions are intended to convey a scientific result or work in progress and should not be advertisements for commercial software packages. The page limit for demo papers is 2 pages (including references). Accepted demo papers will be presented as interactive demonstrations at IUI and published in the companion proceedings of the conference.

Posters
Posters provide an opportunity for sharing valuable last-minute ideas, eliciting useful feedback on early-stage work and fostering discussions and collaborations among colleagues. We invite submissions on all topics of the conference. All submissions should convey a scientific result or work in progress that is not yet ready to be published as a full length research paper at a refereed conference. Submitting a draft poster along with your submission is not required but recommended. The page limit for poster papers is 2 pages (including references). Accepted poster papers will appear in the companion proceedings of the conference.
Submission Instructions
Demo and poster submissions do not need to be anonymized. The page limit is 2 pages (including references) in 2-column portrait ACM SIGCHI template (http://www.acm.org/publications/proceedings-template). Submitting a draft poster along with your poster submission is not required but recommended.

Submit your demos and posters at PCS 2.0: https://new.precisionconference.com.

IUI 2019 Student Consortium Call for Papers

Overview
The IUI 2019 Student Consortium is intended to provide an opportunity for Doctoral and advanced Masters students to present and receive feedback about their research in an interdisciplinary workshop, under the guidance of a panel of mentors selected from senior people in the field. We invite students who feel they would benefit from this kind of feedback on their research to use this unique opportunity to share their work with students in a similar situation as well as senior researchers in the field. The consortium will be organized with 8 to 12 presentations by the students, whose applications have been selected by the Student Consortium chairs and potentially other reviewers. The strongest candidates will be those who have a clear topic and research approach, and have made some progress, but who are not so far along in their research that they can no longer make changes. The final version of accepted SC submissions will be included in the main conference proceedings published in the ACM DL.

Complimentary/reduced conference registration will be available for students. Student Consortium participants will also be given high priority when applying for the student travel awards. Moreover, we are working to provide partial reimbursement of travel/accommodation expenses specifically for the participants of the Student Consortium. More information will come soon.

Objectives

CALL FOR TUTORIAL Proposals

To be presented at the 23rd International Conference on Intelligent User Interfaces (IUI 2019)

Los Angeles, CA, USA
March 17 - 20, 2019
http://iui.acm.org/

================ INTRODUCTION =================
IUI 2019 is pleased to invite tutorial proposals. Tutorials offer the community an opportunity to learn about the state-of-the-art concepts and techniques and allow the presenters to share their expertise. We invite proposals from active researchers and practitioners, and experienced presenters. Ideally, a tutorial will cover the state-of-the-art research and development in a specific area strongly related to IUI. Tutorials on interdisciplinary areas, novel or fast growing directions, and significant practical applications are also encouraged. Tutorials will be held in auditoriums with a screen, projector, and Internet connection. Presenters are expected to bring their own computer.

=============== PROPOSAL FORMAT ===============
Each tutorial proposal should provide the following information:

- Name and title: Your name, the tutorial title and the expected length of your tutorial (preferably half a day, i.e. 2 sessions on 90 minutes each).

- Description of tutorial topic and goal: Detailed outline of the tutorial, along with descriptions of the objectives, its relevance to IUI, benefits to the attendees, and course materials/handouts (links to online materials encouraged).

- Organizers: Name, email address, and affiliation of each presenter. Note that each listed presenter must register for the conference and be present at the tutorial.

- Target audience and prerequisites: Target audience level (introductory, intermediate, advanced) and prerequisite knowledge or skills.

- Experience: Tutors' short bios and their expertise related to the tutorial, including history of previously given tutorials.

- Equipment and software requirement: please list any that will be needed.

- History of prior similar tutorials given by the presenter(s).

Additional guidelines:
----------------------

The proposals should be PDF documents not exceeding 3 pages, submitted by e-mail to the tutorial chairs at: tutorials2019@iui.acm.org
We encourage prospective presenters to contact the tutorial chairs in advance and discuss their tutorial ideas.

'''ACM IUI 2019: Call for Papers'''

Los Angeles, CA, USA
March 17-20, 2019
http://iui.acm.org/2019/

ACM IUI 2019 is the 24rd annual meeting of the intelligent interfaces
community and serves as a premier international forum for reporting
outstanding research and development on intelligent user interfaces.

ACM IUI is where the Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) community meets the
Artificial Intelligence (AI) community, with contributions from related
fields such as psychology, behavioral science, cognitive science, computer
graphics, design, the arts, and more. Our focus is to improve the
interaction between humans and machines, by leveraging both HCI approaches
and state-of-the art AI techniques from machine learning, natural language
processing, data mining, knowledge representation and reasoning. ACM IUI
welcomes contribution from all relevant arenas: academia, industry,
government, and non-profit organizations. Along with 25 other topics in AI
& HCI, this year we especially encourage submissions on explainable
intelligent user interfaces for IUI 2019.

Why you should submit to ACM IUI

At ACM IUI, we focus on the interaction between machine intelligence and
human intelligence. While other conferences focus on one side or the
other, we address the complex interaction between the two. We welcome
research that explores how to make the interaction between computers and
people smarter, which may leverage solutions from data mining, knowledge
representation, novel interaction paradigms, and emerging technologies. We
strongly encourage submissions that simultaneously discuss research from
both HCI and AI. We also welcome works that focus more on one side or the
other.

The conference brings together people from academia, industry, government
and non-profit organizations and gives its participants the opportunity to
present and see cutting-edge IUI work in a focused and interactive
setting. It is large enough to be diverse and lively, but small enough to
allow for extensive interaction among attendees and easy attendance to the
events that the conference offers, ranging from oral paper presentations,

Submission - Full and Short Papers

We invite original paper submissions that describe novel user interfaces,
applications, interactive and intelligent technologies, empirical studies,
or design techniques. We do not require evaluations with users, but we do
expect papers to include an appropriate evaluation for their stated
contributions.

Accepted papers will appear in the ACM Digital Library and citation
indices. A selected set of accepted top quality full papers will be
invited to submit their extended versions for publication in an ACM
Transactions on Interactive Intelligent Systems (TiiS,
http://tiis.acm.org) special issue titled "Highlights of IUI 2019".

Submission Guidelines

- Full paper (anonymized 10 pages, references do not count toward the page
limit) should make substantial, novel, and relevant contribution to the
field.

- Short paper (anonymized 4 pages, references do not count toward the page
limit) is a much more focused and succinct contribution to the field.
Short papers are not expected to include a discussion of related work that
is as broad and complete as that of Full papers.

- Anonymization: ACM IUI uses a double-blind review process. All
submissions must be appropriately anonymized according to the following
guidelines:
-- Author's names and affiliations are not visible anywhere in the paper.
-- Acknowledgements should be anonymized or removed during the review
process.
-- Self-citations should be included where necessary, but must use the
third person. For example, "... as shown in our previous user study [2]
... " is not allowed, whereas "... as shown in Smith et al. [2] " is
acceptable (because in this case the citation [2] will NOT be perceived as
self-citation).

- Failure to follow these guidelines may result in submissions being
rejected without review.

- Authors should also be aware of the SIGCHI Policy for Submission and
Review at SIGCHI Conferences, see:
https://sigchi.org/about/sigchi-policies/conference-policies/submission-and-review/

- Submissions should follow the standard SigCHI format. Use either the
Microsoft Word template
(https://github.com/sigchi/Document-Formats/blob/master/Word/SIGCHIProceedingsFormat.docx)
or the LaTeX template (https://github.com/sigchi/Document-Formats/tree/master/LaTeX).

Accepted full papers will be invited for oral presentation. Accepted short
papers will be invited either as oral or poster presentation.

AUTHORS TAKE NOTE

The official publication date is the date the proceedings are made
available in the ACM Digital Library. This date may be up to two weeks
prior to the first day of your conference. The official publication date
affects the deadline for any patent filings related to published work.
(For those rare conferences whose proceedings are published in the ACM
Digital Library after the conference is over, the official publication
date remains the first day of the conference.)

*** ACM IUI 2019: Call for Papers ***

** Why you should submit to ACM IUI **

At ACM IUI, we focus on the interaction between machine intelligence and
human intelligence. While other conferences focus on one side or the
other, we address the complex interaction between the two. We welcome
research that explores how to make the interaction between computers and
people smarter, which may leverage solutions from data mining, knowledge
representation, novel interaction paradigms, and emerging technologies. We
strongly encourage submissions that simultaneously discuss research from
both HCI and AI. We also welcome works that focus more on one side or the
other.

The conference brings together people from academia, industry, government
and non-profit organizations and gives its participants the opportunity to
present and see cutting-edge IUI work in a focused and interactive
setting. It is large enough to be diverse and lively, but small enough to
allow for extensive interaction among attendees and easy attendance to the
events that the conference offers, ranging from oral paper presentations,
poster sessions, workshops, panels and doctoral consortium for graduate
students.

IUI topics of interest include, but are not limited to:
- Affective and aesthetic interfaces
- Big data and analytics
- Collaborative interfaces

IUI CALL FOR WORKSHOP PROPOSALS

In conjunction with the 24th International Conference on Intelligent User
Interfaces (IUI 2019)
Los Angeles, CA, USA
March 17 - 20, 2019
http://iui.acm.org/

IUI 2019 is pleased to invite proposals for workshops to be held in
conjunction with the conference. The goal of the workshops is to provide a
venue for presenting research on focused topics of interest and an
informal forum to discuss research questions and challenges. Workshops
will be held on the last day of the conference. We invite submissions of
full-day (6 hours) and half-day (3 hours) workshop proposals on any of the
conference topics (or related).

We encourage proposals for a wide range of workshops, including but not
limited to:
- "Mini-conferences" on specialized topics; such workshops may have their
own paper submission and review processes.
- "Late breaking work" meetings; such workshops usually have a lighter
review process (e.g. based on abstracts only).
- "Hands-on" workshops around a specific problem or topic that may wish to
ask participants to submit a position statement.
- "Project centric" workshops that may be closely related to the scope of
an existing large scale (e.g. NSF, EU, etc. funded) project.
- "Mini-competitions", challenges, or hackathons around selected topics
with individual or team participation.

=============== PROPOSAL FORMAT ===============
Note: One of the keys to a successful workshop submission is to CONTACT
THE CHAIRS WITH YOUR IDEAS (workshop-iui2019@acm.org), and work together
to prepare an exciting proposal!

Workshop proposals should be maximum 2 pages long and follow the
formatting instructions from SIGCHI Paper Format,
https://sigchi.org/templates/ . Please submit your proposal by e-mail to
the workshop chairs at workshop-iui2019@acm.org

The proposals should be organized as follows:

- Name and title: A one-word workshop acronym and a full title.
- Description of workshop topic and goal: This description should discuss
the relevance of the suggested topic to IUI and its interest for the IUI
2019 audience. Include a brief discussion of why and for which audience
the workshop is of particular interest.
- Organizers: Names, affiliations, emails, and web pages of the workshop
organizers. This can be a single person or a group of people. Strong
proposals normally include organizers who bring differing perspectives on
the topic and are actively connected to the communities of potential
participants. Please indicate the primary contact person and the
organizers who plan to attend the workshop.
- Previous history: List of previous workshops that were held on the topic
including the conferences that hosted past workshops and the number of
participants. Also please provide the list of other workshops organized by
workshop organizers in the past.
- Workshop program committee: Names and affiliation of the members of the
(tentative) workshop program committee that will evaluate the workshop
submissions.
- Participants: A statement saying how many participants you expect and
how you plan to invite participants for the workshop. We recommend the
proposal to include the names of at least 10 people who have expressed
interest to participate in, or contribute a paper to, the workshop.
- Workshop format: A brief description of the workshop format regarding
the mix of events such as paper presentations, invited talks, panels,
demonstrations, and general discussion.
- Length: Full-day or half-day.
- Proposal format: Workshop proposals should be maximum 2 pages long and
follow the formatting instructions from SIGCHI:
https://sigchi.org/templates/ .

Additional guidelines:
----------------------

- Workshop proposals will be reviewed and evaluated by the workshop chairs.
- Organizers: We strongly encourage all of the workshop organizers to
attend IUI and take part in their workshop. This can make the workshops
more appealing for the participants and strengthen the discussion part.
- Workshop summary: An extended abstract with a summary of the workshop
goals and an overview of the workshop topics will be included in the ACM
Digital Library for IUI 2019.
- Workshop proceedings: At the convenience of the workshop organizers, we
will arrange a joint volume of online proceedings for the workshop papers.
Workshops should request the authors to submit papers in the ACM SIGCHI
Paper Format.
- Cancellation: Workshops with few submissions by December 5, 2018 may be
cancelled, shortened, merged with other workshops, or otherwise
restructured. This will be done in consultation between the IUI 2019
workshop chairs and the workshop organizers.

Additionally, we strongly encourage to have workshop organizers from
different institutions and research communities, bringing different
perspectives to the workshop topic. We welcome workshops with a creative
structure that attracts various types of contributions and ensures rich
interactions.

The organizers of accepted workshops are responsible for producing a call
for participation and publicizing it, such as distributing the call to
relevant newsgroups and electronic mailing lists, and especially to
potential audiences from outside the IUI conference community. Workshop
organizers will maintain their own website with updated information about
the workshop and the IUI 2019 web site will refer to the workshop site.
The workshop organizers will coordinate the paper solicitation,
collection, and review process, and coordinate the production of the joint
online proceedings with IUI 2019 workshop chairs.

<br />
Hosted by ACM Intelligent User Interfaces 2018, March 7-11, 2018

'''Workshop Topic and Description'''

In recent years, retrieval techniques operating on text or semantic annotations, have become the industry standard for retrieval from large data collections, such as documents, images, videos, music, medical data. This approach works well with sufficient high-quality meta-data or tagging. However, with the explosive growth of big data collections, it has become apparent that tagging new data quickly and efficiently is not always possible. Secondly, even if instantaneous high quality data tagging were possible, there would still be many instances, where search by keyword query is problematic. For example, in the case of image retrieval it might be easier for a user to define their query if they are looking for an image of a cat, but how would they specify that the cat should be of a particular shade of ginger with sad looking eyes? A solution to these problems is active engagement of the user in the information retrieval loop, thus enabling the user to not only explore a given dataset more easily but also gradually direct their search to a more specific area of the search space.

The aim of this workshop is to explore new methods and interface/system design for interactive data analytics and management in various domains, including specialised text collections (e.g. legal, medical, scientific), multimedia, and bioinformatics, as well as for various tasks, such as semantic information retrieval, conceptual organization and clustering of data collections for sense making, semantic expert profiling, and document/multimedia recommender systems. The primary audience of the workshop are researchers and practitioners in the area of interactive and personalised system design as well as interactive machine learning both from academia and industry. IUI, with its focus on the intersection of HCI and AI, is a perfect venue where researchers from system/interface design community and the machine learning community can meet.

'''Workshop Target Areas'''

The workshop aims to solicit submissions in all areas of interactive data analytics and exploratory search including:
* design, testing and assessment of interactive systems for data analytics
* interactive data visualisation for exploratory and investigative analysis
* interactive classification and clustering of data
* user assisted curation and validation of the analysis process, and generation of data visualisations
* user engagement in the semantic analysis process via suitable annotation and correction tools
* study of the trade-off between accuracy of the results and user effort
* personalisation and user modelling related to interactive system design

Submissions aimed at solving practical problems in specific application domains are especially welcome, including:
* digital libraries
* legal document management
* personalized online learning systems
* news media
* biomedical data
* multimedia collections
* specialised image and video collections, e.g. medical images.

We encourage submissions of work in progress, concept papers, case studies, and generally material that will stimulate discussion, generate useful feedback to the authors, encourage research collaborations and vigorous exchange of ideas on promising research directions, in one of the following formats:
* full papers (up to 8 pages in the ACM SIGCHI format), which will presented either as contributed talks or posters
* extended abstracts (up to 4 pages in the ACM SIGCHI format), which will be presented as posters with a possibility to be accompanied by a demo.

'''Submission information'''

Submissions to the workshop will be through EasyChair, https://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=esida2018

The accepted workshop papers will be published in a joint workshop proceedings volume published by CEUR-WS.

A solution to these problems is active engagement of the user in the information retrieval loop, thus enabling the user to not only explore a given dataset more easily but also gradually direct their search to a more specific area of the search space .

- design, testing and assessment of interactive systems for data analytics

- interactive data visualisation for exploratory and investigative analysis

- interactive classification and clustering of data

- user assisted curation and validation of the analysis process, and generation of data visualisations

- user engagement in the semantic analysis process via suitable annotation and correction tools

- study of the trade-off between accuracy of the results and user effort

- personalisation and user modelling related to interactive system design

'''Exploratory Search and Interactive Data Analytics (ESIDA)'''
Limassol, Cyprus, March 13, 2017
https://sites.google.com/site/esida2017/
Hosted by IUI 2017, March 13-16, 2017
http://iui.acm.org/2017/

A solution to these problems is active engagement of the user in the information retrieval loop, thus enabling the user to not only explore a given dataset more easily but also gradually direct their search to a more specific area of the search space .

- design, testing and assessment of interactive systems for data analytics
- interactive data visualisation for exploratory and investigative analysis
- interactive classification and clustering of data
- user assisted curation and validation of the analysis process, and generation of data visualisations
- user engagement in the semantic analysis process via suitable annotation and correction tools
- study of the trade-off between accuracy of the results and user effort
- personalisation and user modelling related to interactive system design

Submissions aimed at solving practical problems in specific application domains are especially welcome, including:
- digital libraries
- legal document management
- personalized online learning systems
- news media
- biomedical data
- multimedia collections
- specialised image and video collections, e.g. medical images.

We encourage submissions of work in progress, concept papers, case studies, and generally material that will stimulate discussion, generate useful feedback to the authors, encourage research collaborations and vigorous exchange of ideas on promising research directions, in one of the following formats:
- full papers (up to 8 pages in the ACM format), which will presented either as contributed talks or posters
- extended abstracts (up to 4 pages in ACM format), which will be presented as posters with a possibility to be accompanied by a demo.

Submission information: Submissions to the workshop will be through EasyChair, https://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=esida2017
The accepted workshop papers will be published in the ACM Digital Library.
In addition, a special issue with the title “Exploratory Search and Interactive Data Analytics (ESIDA)” will be proposed to an appropriate journal based on the contents of the accepted papers, for example the ACM Transactions on Interactive Intelligent Systems, http://tiis.acm.org/. The special issue will involve an open call, to which workshop authors will be invited to submit extended versions of their papers.

'''Important dates:'''
Submission deadline: December 16th, 2016 (midnight Hawaii time)
Acceptance notification: January 8th, 2017
Final manuscript due: January 13th, 2017
