As a Professor for Business Informatics at the University of Applied Sciences of Western Switzerland (HES-SO Valais), my current research and teaching focus on Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) with an emphasis on Visual Analytics, and Business Process Management (BPM) applied in particular to the eGovernment domain.
